Joseph L. Johnson, son
of John Johnson and _____, was born 1794/95.
His first estate account was October 1845 so he must have died in
that timeframe. According to Ms. Cryer, Charles Johnson was the
will administrator. The will gave his brother a negro man named
John, negroes Mary & Jane to children of Henry Johnson. There were
bequests to nieces Ally Marie Yates and Elizabeth Johnson, the
residue to be divided equally between brother Joseph & nephews
Charles L., William H. and Joseph Edward Johnson and nieces
Catherine and Clare Emily (also called Mary Emily) Johnson. |
