Max-The wonder Cat

My name is William R. Johnson and I was born on April 20, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland.  I am the oldest son of Raymond J. Johnson, Sr., & Florence (Smith) Johnson.  I am proud to be named after William R. Fitzgerald who was killed in the Battle of the Bulge.  My wife Jill Rigleman was born on March 22, 1949 in Red Wing, Minnesota.  She is the daughter of Marvin Neal and Delma (Chellberg) Rigelman.  We were married in Red Wing, Minnesota at the First Lutheran Church on June 18, 1970.

I attended school in Timonium, Lutherville and graduated from High School in Bel Air, Maryland.  My B.A. degree is from Hamline University, St. Paul, Minnesota.  My M.A. is from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Ill.  My J.D. degree is from Hamline University School of Law.

I have worked the last 14 years as a Workers' Compensation Judge for the State of Minnesota.  After many years with Norwest Bank Corp. my wife Jill left to take a job as a Financial Consultant with Smith Barney.

We have no children but do have "Max the wonder cat."  We are members of Messiah United Methodist Church in Plymouth, Minnesota.  We have lived in Illinois, Maryland, Maine and finally back to Minnesota.  We have lived in Plymouth, Minnesota since 1984.
