| My name is 
      William R. Johnson and I
        was born on April 20, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland.  I am the oldest 
        son of 
         Raymond J. Johnson, Sr., & Florence 
        (Smith) Johnson.  I am proud to be named after
      William R. 
       
        Fitzgerald 
        who was killed in 
        the Battle of the Bulge.  My wife Jill
        Rigleman was born on March 22, 1949 in Red Wing, Minnesota.  She is the
        daughter of Marvin Neal and Delma (Chellberg) Rigelman. 
        We were married in Red Wing, Minnesota at the First Lutheran Church on
        June 18, 1970. I attended school in Timonium, Lutherville and
        graduated from High School in Bel Air, Maryland.  My B.A. degree is
        from Hamline University, St. Paul, Minnesota.  My M.A. is from
        Southern Illinois
        University, Carbondale, Ill.  My J.D. degree is from Hamline 
      University School of Law. I have worked the last 14 
      years as a Workers' Compensation Judge for the State of Minnesota.  
      After many years with Norwest Bank Corp. my wife Jill left to take a job 
      as a Financial Consultant with Smith Barney.   We have no children but do 
      have "Max the wonder cat."  We are members of Messiah United 
      Methodist Church in Plymouth, Minnesota.  We have lived in Illinois, 
      Maryland, Maine and finally back to Minnesota.  We have lived in 
      Plymouth, Minnesota since 1984. For more pictures see the
