TRUSTEE'S SALE of REAL ESTATE In pursuance to a Decree obtained from the Circuit Court for Saint Mary's County, sitting as a Court of Equity, passed in a cause in which Hillery Johnson is Complainant and Uriah Johnson and Wm. E. Johnson are Defendants, and bearing date of the 2nd day of August, 1875, the undersigned, as Trustee, will offer at public sale, at the Court House door in Leonardtown, on TUESDAY, the 31st day of August, 1875, between the hours of 12 o'clock, a.m, and 5 p'clock p.m., the following described real estate:
containing 100 acres more or less. The above land is located near Leonardtown and adjoints the lands of Jos. S. Ford, French V. Greenwell and others and is the same of which the late John Johnson, of Leonard, died seized and possessed. It has upon it two DWELLING HOUSES with necessary OUT BUILDINGS, fine MEADOWLAND and is well adapted to the cultivation of the staple products of this county.
