NAME: John Johnson DATE OF WILL: April 7, 1763 DATE OF PROBATE: April 23, 1767 To wife, Eleanor Johnson, land called "Peter's Wells" at her decease, to sons Mile and John Johnson, equally, if they lease out the land, it must go to son Thomas Bennet Johnson; if any of them shd. sell, mortage or lease, then I give that pt. to son Leonard Johnson; if any of them lease the land, I give it to son Peter Johnson; then if any of them lease it, I give to son Joseph Johnson.
