Joseph Mitchell Johnson,
son of George Edward Johnson and Johanna
Long, was born November 27, 1883 and died on November 7, 1973 at
Jesuit Novitiate in Wernerville, PA. He is buried in the Jesuit
Cemetery at Chapel Point, Charles Co., MD.
Joseph was a priest in the Roman Catholic Church and served many
years in St. Mary's County. He became pastor of St. John's RCC in
Hollywood, MD in 1922. The 1900 Census gave his birth date as
January 1883, but his obit says November 27, 1883. |
